Traditional Malaysian Flavours
Prawn murukus are a savoury and crunchy deep-fried snack popular among many Malaysians. At Yong Mama, we are committed to developing menus that embrace our Malaysian traditions. Our cooking processes have been passed down through two generations, and we only use premium, locally sourced ingredients to create delicious flavours.
Our prawn murukus are made from natural sea prawn flesh (with their head and shell removed), peanut cooking oil and seasoned with all-natural spices. We do not add preservatives or artificial additives to our products.
Our Ingredients
Fresh Farm Eggs
Fresh eggs are used as a binder to hold our ingredients together. We work with a local egg supplier to get fresh eggs straight from the farm.
Sea Shrimps from Pantai Remis
Our fresh and clean shrimps are locally sourced from Pantai Remis.
White Sesame Seeds
White sesame seeds are nutritious and enhance our prawn murukus with their nutty taste.
Peanut Oil
We use quality peanut oil for cooking our prawn murukus.
